About the Role & Program
The Walt Disney Studios Creative Marketing team is seeking a dynamic, creative Intern to help shape promotional campaigns for theatrical and streaming releases. The internship offers immersive, hands-on experience across 360 creative marketing campaigns, working alongside experienced marketers, producers, and creative directors who manage trailers, TV spots, digital/social content, print materials, and experiential campaigns.
The internship runs September 2026 through December 2026, reporting to the Director of Creative Advertising.
What You Will Do
- Creative Asset Management — track, organize, and route marketing materials through review and approval
- Design & Print Support — assist with presentation design, layout adjustments, file management, and prepare Keynote/PowerPoint materials
- AV Creative Support — distribute AV assets securely, coordinate deliverables from agencies, ensure timely access to campaign content
- Market & Competitive Research — analyze industry trends and promotional work to inform marketing strategies
- Creative Brainstorming & Concept Development — contribute ideas during brainstorms, attend agency meetings, coordinate creative revisions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — work across teams and agencies to maintain brand consistency and align materials with campaign goals
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Understanding of print and AV assets for marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides with visual storytelling skills
- Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Strong organizational capabilities managing multiple projects or timelines
- Ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate across diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- A well-established passion for film, television, pop culture, and entertainment
- Experience with student films, campus marketing, creative writing, or student org social media
Eligibility
- Enrolled in an accredited college/university (or currently in a Disney College/Internship Program); senior year preferred
- Major or coursework in Art, Marketing, Communications, Cinema/TV/Media Studies, Graphic Design, or related field
- At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization
- Able to provide own housing in Burbank, CA for the internship duration and reliable transportation
- Onsite 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday); Fridays remote with flexibility as needed
