Provider Liaison — Bilingual English/Armenian Preferred

About the role

Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) seeks a full-time Provider Liaison. Bilingual English/Armenian highly preferred. Pay: $21/hr.

What you'll do

• Analyze provider eligibility and documentation per county and state guidelines
• Provide eligibility and documentation assistance to childcare providers
• Maintain accurate provider files
• Respond to provider inquiries about CCFA program requirements and procedures
• Support providers through enrollment, eligibility, and documentation compliance
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth provider support

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Armenian highly preferred
• Experience in social services, childcare, or a related field preferred

Pay & schedule

• Full-time
• $21/hr
