About this event
Martial arts and mindfulness instructor Joelle Nañawa guides participants through the flow and foundations of the T'ai Chi sword, a martial practice blending balance, coordination, and precise application. The class covers T'ai Chi history, a Qigong warm-up, foundational stances, sword basics, and the beginning section of a sword form. Open to all levels and designed with beginners in mind. Spots are limited to 10 participants due to supplies, and pre-registration is required.
