About this role
Walmart is looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician at its Porter Ranch location. You’ll maintain and repair store facilities across multiple trade skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling skills
- Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repairs
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
- Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical cert + 5 years’ trade experience (plumbing, electrical, material handling, or related); OR 7 years’ trade experience
- Valid driver’s license; CDL eligible
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; comfortable working at heights
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $25.00–$48.00/hr
- Sign-on bonus available (select locations)
