About the role

Seasonal all-department team members at Target support wherever the store needs help during the busy season — from cashiering and stocking to fulfillment and food & beverage.

What you'll do

• Support any department as assigned during the seasonal rush
• Assist guests at checkout and throughout the store
• Stock and replenish merchandise
• Help with seasonal set changes, freight, and fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs

Pay & benefits

$19.50/hr

• Team member discount (20%)
• Seasonal positions may convert to permanent based on performance
