Seasonal: Guest Advocate / General Merchandise

About the role

Seasonal team members at Target help handle increased guest volume and merchandise during the holiday season. You'll assist guests at checkout and keep merchandise stocked and organized.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests at checkout and throughout the store
• Process purchases and returns accurately
• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Keep the store clean and organized during the busy season
• Assist with seasonal set changes and displays

Requirements

• Friendly, helpful attitude
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs

Pay & benefits

$19.50/hr

• Team member discount (20%)
• Seasonal positions may convert to permanent based on performance
