About the Role
The Salesforce Product Manager is a key contributor on the Studio Distribution Tech Ops team, supporting Salesforce and adjacent platforms used by Global TV Distribution. This role partners with business stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and technical teams to translate business needs into prioritized product enhancements, support roadmap planning, and help drive adoption of new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent business applications, including release planning and prioritization
- Serve as product manager and subject matter expert for assigned platforms
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes, user needs, and operational priorities
- Partner with stakeholders to define product goals, success measures, and prioritization criteria
- Lead product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, process analysis, data review, and documentation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing roadmap initiatives, production support, technical debt, risk, and user experience
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, architects, and technical partners
- Ensure product decisions consider scalability, maintainability, security, compliance, and integration requirements
- Support stakeholder communication, change management, training, and user adoption
- Review adoption, usage, and support trends to evaluate outcomes and recommend future improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery for enterprise applications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- Experience supporting product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release planning, and product lifecycle activities
- Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- 5+ years of experience working within SDLC and Agile delivery processes
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, with tools such as Jira
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and technical partners
- Experience supporting production applications, including issue triage and enhancement intake
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Desired Characteristics
- One or more Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Data 360, Agentforce, or related capabilities
- Experience defining success measures, adoption metrics, or operational KPIs
- Experience with Media and Entertainment, studio-based TV Distribution, sales operations, finance systems, or content distribution workflows
