About the role

On-Demand team members at Target work flexible, as-needed hours across all departments — ready to jump in wherever the store needs support, from cashiering and fulfillment to stocking and guest service.

What you'll do

• Support any department as needed during scheduled shifts
• Greet and assist guests throughout the store
• Process purchases and returns at checkout
• Stock and replenish merchandise
• Help with fulfillment and back-room tasks

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work on-demand across varying shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
