On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier/Fulfillment)

About the role

On-Demand team members at Target work flexible, as-needed hours supporting cashiering and fulfillment operations. You'll provide great guest service and help fulfill guest orders accurately.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests at checkout and throughout the store
• Process purchases and returns accurately
• Pick, pack, and fulfill guest orders
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Support team members across multiple areas as needed

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work on-demand hours
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
