Mixologist (Part-Time)

About the Role

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood takes guests behind the camera on a working studio lot, from Friends and The Big Bang Theory to Harry Potter and the DC Universe. As part of the tour's cafes, we're looking for a Mixologist to join our team of storytellers.

Schedule: ON Thurs–Mon (9:30am–6:30pm), OFF Tues/Weds.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Execute craft beverage recipes with a focus on quality and presentation
• Warm and prepare a variety of pre-prepared food
• Maintain bar cleanliness and health and safety standards
• Provide positive customer service while enforcing alcohol purchases and safety
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with visitors to deliver a dynamic, high-touch Warner Bros. experience

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS Certified (Training for Intervention Procedures) with current certification documentation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced bar service or restaurant serving alcohol
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and cash handling experience

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour (Burbank, CA). Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Benefits include health insurance coverage, employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid holidays/PTO.
