About the role

What you'll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for members at a Logix branch
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution

- Maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Customer service or financial services experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build genuine member relationships
- Level II designation requires additional experience and qualifications
