Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Full-time Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at UPS. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on automated sorting and conveyor systems, package handling equipment, and facility infrastructure at a UPS distribution facility.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems, sorters, and related package handling equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment failures and return systems to operation quickly
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation
• Work with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Availability for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & benefits

$40.59/hr. Full UPS benefits including health, dental, vision, pension, and paid time off.
