About the role

Target HR Experts support the store's talent and team-member needs, helping leaders build a strong, guest-focused team. You'll handle scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll do

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and scheduling for the store
• Partner with store leaders to address staffing needs across all departments
• Use scheduling software to build and maintain team schedules
• Help team members with HR questions, benefits, and policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Knowledge of (or ability to learn) basic employment law
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends

Pay & benefits

$19.50/hr
