About the role
HomeGoods (TJX Companies) is hiring seasonal holiday merchandise associates to help deliver a great customer experience during the busy season. You'll assist guests, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor.
What you'll do
- Deliver a friendly, engaging customer experience
- Process purchases and returns accurately
- Stock, merchandise, and organize the sales floor
- Maintain store cleanliness and organizational standards
- Adhere to loss prevention and operational procedures
- Cross-train in multiple areas as needed
Requirements
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
Pay & benefits
$16.90–$17.40/hr
