Guest Advocate (Cashier / General Merchandise / Inbound)

About the role

Target small-format store team members handle cashiering, stocking, and guest service — keeping the store running smoothly and delivering an easy, inspiring shopping experience.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answering questions and resolving issues
• Process purchases and returns accurately at checkout
• Stock, replenish, and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain price accuracy and promotional signing
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for the duration of a shift
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
