Guest Advocate / Cart Attendant

About the role

Target Guest Advocates and Cart Attendants create a welcoming store experience, helping guests at checkout and keeping the parking lot and entry areas tidy and well-stocked with carts.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests at checkout and throughout the store
• Process purchases and returns accurately
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot
• Keep the entrance, parking lot, and cart area clean and organized
• Support team members across the store as needed

Requirements

• Friendly, helpful attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and push/pull carts for the duration of a shift
• Flexible scheduling including weekends

Pay & benefits

$19.50/hr
