General Merchandise / Closing / Fulfillment

About the role

Target's General Merchandise team handles inbound and outbound operations, replenishment, and fulfillment — keeping the sales floor stocked and guests satisfied.

What you'll do

• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Pick, pack, and ship guest orders (fulfillment)
• Execute inbound and outbound freight processes
• Maintain price accuracy and signing
• Support closing duties to ensure the store is ready for the next day
• Keep the back room and sales floor organized

Requirements

• Flexible scheduling including closing shifts and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay & benefits

$19.50/hr
