Food Service Supervisor

About the Role

Supervise the daily operation of quick service branded restaurants at NBCUniversal. Lead a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and seasonal supervisory staff; provide work direction, performance reviews, and coaching
• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, labor, and Union regulations
• Complete team member schedules, FOH & BOH operational checklists, and sanitation checks
• Maintain projected labor budgets and adjust operations as needed
• Lead workforce planning, recognition programs, and employee events
• Act as Environmental Health & Safety Team representative
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume food service, managing 10+ employees
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights in varying weather conditions
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and food Point of Service systems (EATEC & Clarity)
• Strong customer service and organizational skills

Preferred

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration
• Theme park experience
• Experience managing in a union environment

Pay

$27–$30/hr | On-site | Full-time
