What you'll do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project deliverables across the COE
• Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation
• Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items with cross-functional stakeholders
• Support process improvement initiatives and change management efforts
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of project management or operations experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)

Pay & benefits

$72,000–$96,500/yr. Full Disney benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and theme park perks.
