About the role

Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Per Diem at Adventist Health Glendale. Performs clinical laboratory testing on patient specimens to support diagnosis and treatment, working on a per diem basis across laboratory departments.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Review and report results, flagging critical values per protocol
• Maintain quality control and follow regulatory compliance standards
• Troubleshoot instrument and methodology issues

Requirements

• California CLS license (or eligible)
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
• Per diem availability including weekends and holidays
• Blood bank or specialty department experience a plus
