What You'll Do
- Capital order entry: collect documentation and prepare invoices
- Assist purchasing with entering invoices
- Maintain Job Directories, Vault records, and WIP schedules
- Invoice shipped/completed orders per shipping documentation and contract terms
- Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
- Review Concur expense reports and perform expense journal entries
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support monthly close
- Provide front-desk/reception support
